Policies and Cancellation

Booking

Appointments can be booked through email and at the end of your appointment, for following sessions. Appointments will always be confirmed through email. New clients can request a complimentary 15 minutes consultation phone call.

Cancellation

Cancelations and rescheduling are possible up to 24 hours prior your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the session. A no show will also result in a full amount payment for the session. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Cancellation fees will be collected at the beginning of the following session.

Payment

Payments will be accepted at the beginning of the session. Clients can choose between:

  • Checks
  • Cash
  • PayPal (ask privately for details)
